Roman techniques and traditions take the focus of the menu. Uncomplicated and pure are the cornerstones of the kitchen philosophy, delivering local ingredients with a very unique Roman flavor.
Guests will enjoy numerous spaces, including an outdoor area, private dining room and of course the bar that has its own focused menu which delves into the wonderful world of Roman snacks. The dining space embraces the tones of the original Hibernian Hall with a contemporary feel. As with all Grossi venues, wine will be a great focus drawing on the region of Lazio and beyond. Local producers will also dominate the list, both in the glass and on the plate.
